Each camper must provide two (2) copies of a negative current coggins with registration. Applications will be rejected without all required information. Campers must provide grain, hay, supplements, and buckets for the week for their own horse. Buckets are to include one for grain and two for water. Horses without proper provisions will be sent home or the parent/guardian will be asked to return with proper rations. Trailer parking is available for anyone wanting to leave their trailer for the week. Campers are responsible to provide their own transportation to and from camp. If we transport any horse, there will be a $100.00 hauling fee.

Please make sure that your camper's horse is vaccinated and has seen the farrier prior to arriving at camp. Parents/guardians will be responsible for vet and farrier emergencies while horse is at camp.

 In addition to this 'Private Horse Registration form, you will also need to fill out the 'Online Registration Form' for your child if you haven't done so already. You will also need to print, sign and send the 'Release and Hold Harmless' waiver and send a copy of your child's insurance card.
