Endurance Ride

We are improving our registration process.  Each rider will be in one of two “blocks”.   This will assist in reducing movement of rider camp sites post-registration and will permit those competing in longer distances or with FEI to remain in the same camp “zone”.  

 

Once you determine your block, you will know what sites are available.  NOTE: Broxton Bridge Campground website will be open for registration on 9-JAN. 

 

Are you riding a 75 or 100 mile distance?  

If yes, you are in the SPECIAL BLOCK

If no, you are in the OPEN BLOCK 

 

Are you FEI?  

If yes, you are in the SPECIAL BLOCK

If no, you are in the OPEN BLOCK 

 

If you are in the OPEN BLOCK, you may access the Broxton Bridge campground website starting 9-JAN to book your sites.  Open Block Sites to reserve at will: 91-96, 41-61. 

 

If you are in the SPECIAL BLOCK, once you have registered with USA SE Endurance, the ride manager will work directly with Broxton Bridge to assign you a campsite.  Special Block campsites for 75s, 100s, and all FEI: sites 62-72, sites 112-124.

 

If you have already reserved a site, Broxton will be reaching out to you directly.

 

The ride manager and Broxton Bridge still retain the right to change your site before you arrive.

 

Corrals

Corral pre-order price $16 ($4 per panel) any corrals reserved the Thursday of the event and after are $20 ($5 per panel).

The panels are 10ft long. A “standard” corral is 4 panels. We can make a 6 panel corral or combine corrals to make an 8 or 12 panel corral by request. You must specify this in your reservation notes or when you make the reservation. Our ability to accommodate larger panel sizes depends on the availability of corrals panels. 

 

WIFI

Wifi is now available at no cost.  No password required when you join “Broxton Free”.

 

Day Riding Fee

When reserving your site with Broxton Bridge. Do not purchase the Day Riding Fee, that is for non-event day riders that visit BBP during regular business hours. 

 

Cancellation policies 

Our standard policies will be amended for this weekend. 

Corrals: If we have already set up your corrals, there will be no refunds for your portable corrals.

We will not issue refunds or reschedule your reservations if you cancel due to weather conditions.

We will reschedule your reservation only if there is a medical emergency or other similar unfortunate disaster.

Cancellations between 7 and 14 days from the start of your reservation will result in a %50 cancellation fee and the other %50 in credit with Broxton Bridge.

Cancellations 7 days or less will result in no refund.

 

Cleaning fee is $50 for corrals not thoroughly cleaned
